I have been practicing martial arts for over 40 years. In that time I have won numerous titles such as World Doce pares challenge champion (full-contact stick fighting), 2 times British full-contact stick fighting champion, 5 times British open full-contact fighting champion, 2 times British Wing Chun chi sau champion, army boxing champion and Mr Scotland bodybuilding champion (class winner) I was a physical training instructor in the British army. I'm also fully qualified in Swedish and sports massage, Aromatherapy, Reflexology, Reiki, EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique) and Quantum touch healing. I am a freelance personal trainer and I run successful martial arts classes and have produced a number of national and international champions.
